The Head of Global Sales Operations at Reporty will be a key leader within the Delivery team with direct responsibility for all of the company Pre & Post Sale department Strategy, establishing, improving and implementing all of the methods and procedures, including the responsibility of successful implementations/deployments. The ultimate goal of the Head of Global Sales Operations is to ensure high-quality implementations and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Requirements:
- A proven track record of full responsibility for large-scale technical projects/ enterprise scale software deployments (experience with sale processes done in B2G- a big advantage)
- Experience with managing global Pre & Post Sale engineers, Integration engineers, and Support teams.
- Background in Software/Network/RF technologies -must.
- Experience in Developing success metrics, including ROI, business process, impacts and managing big budgets and P&L.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
- Excellent project management skills.
